Welcome to the Smoky Adult Hockey League, where passion for the game meets organized, competitive play!

Whether you're a seasoned veteran or a newcomer to the sport, our league offers a structured environment where players of all skill levels can thrive.

Gameplay in our league follows traditional ice hockey rules, with a few modifications to accommodate the adult demographic:

Game Format: Games are played with two periods, each lasting 28 Minutes. A 2 minute intermission and a 3 minute warm added to game length.

Equipment: All players are required to wear full protective gear, including helmets, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, shin guards, and skates. 

New Members will be required to purchase their own custom jerseys ( Home & Away ) at a cost of $75. Returning players do not need to purchase jerseys.

Officiating: Our league employs a referee to officiate games and enforce the rules of play. We prioritize fair competition and sportsmanship, and our officials ensure that games are conducted in a safe and respectful manner.

Standings and Playoffs: Throughout the season, teams accumulate points based on wins, losses, and ties. At the end of the regular season every team will advance to the playoffs, where they compete for the league championship.

Penalties are rewarded with a Penalty Shot.

Adult Skill Development: In addition to game play, our league offers opportunities for skill development through private or group coaching sessions.
