Our Winter Development League offers an opportunity for players of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the fast-paced action of ice hockey in a fun and inclusive environment. Whether you're a seasoned player looking to sharpen your skills or a beginner eager to learn the game, our league provides a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Join us on the ice this winter for camaraderie, competition, and the sheer joy of playing!

Whether your player is just getting started or looking to sharpen their skills mid-season, the Winter Development League is the perfect place to learn, compete, and fall in love with the game!

📅 Program Runs: August 2025 – March 2026

📍 Location: Knoxville Ice Chalet

🥅 Includes: 25 Games + Weekly Skills Sessions (50+ Hours ON-ICE)

🏒 Supplied: Official Game Jersey & Socks for all players

🧊 Division Placement:

Players will be placed into appropriate divisions based on age and skill level to ensure balanced teams, fair competition, and the best learning environment for all.

✅ Requirements to Enter the Winter Development League

To ensure a fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate experience for all participants, players must meet the following criteria:

• Skating Ability: Players must be able to skate independently (forward and stop without assistance)
• Full Hockey Equipment Required (helmet with cage, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, pants, shin guards, skates, stick, and game-appropriate jersey)
• USA Hockey Registration: All participants must have a current USA Hockey membership
• Positive Attitude & Willingness to Learn – this is a development-focused league where teamwork and sportsmanship are emphasized

Note: This is not a Learn-to-Play program. Players should have basic skating and hockey experience before registering.
